Ms. Read then asked if there should be anything changed to the list of activities. Ms. Nesland <br />asked to remove the activities around data and Ms. Brodine agreed. Ms. Buechle Curtis asked <br />about what kind of data was available and that data is already included in the 5-year county plan <br />including the point in time count, survey with community feedback, and information from focus <br />groups that were conducted. <br />Lastly, there was discussion around looking at other toolkits available or what other rural <br />counties are doing. Mr. Bisom Rap talked about an area that uses real-time phone lines to help <br />businesses deescalate situations while they are waiting for law enforcement response as one of <br />their local strategies. <br />Ms. Read ended this portion by stating that she would update and email the group and asked if <br />people wanted to be assigned to specific tasks. <br />5. Other Business: City of Ellensburg Funding Availability <br />Lily Frey, Housing Program Manager, said that they have a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) <br />and recommended that if anyone was interested in applying that should try by October. There <br />were no additional questions about the NOFA. <br />6.
