Registration With the System for Award Management (SAM) By signing this Contract, the Subrecipient accepts the requirements stated in 48 CFR 52.204-7 to register with the System for Award Management at the SAM website (https://www.sam.gov). To register in SAM, a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is required. The Subrecipient is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data within the SAM database and for any liability resulting from the Government's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete data. The Subrecipient must remain registered in the SAM database after the initial registration. The Subrecipient is required to review and update on an annual basis from the date of initial registration or subsequent updates its information in SAM to ensure it is current, accurate and complete. The Subrecipient shall provide evidence documenting registration and renewal of SAM registration to Commerce. • In the event of the Subrecipient's noncompliance or refusal to comply with the requirement stated above, Commerce reserves the right to suspend payment until the Subrecipient cures this noncompliance. 16. Reports The Subrecipient shall furnish COMMERCE with: • Project Status Reports. • Estimated Quarterly Expenditures Report. • Certified Project Completion Report at Project completion. • Pictures and short videos of various stages of the Project. • Other reports as COMMERCE may require, to include but not limited to: Quarterly Progress Reports; Project description; Project location(s); Project start and end date; Project status; Project expenditures; number of households, businesses, and anchor institutions to be served; location of communities to be served. • All recipients are required to submit Project and expenditure reports and annual performance reports as specified in U.S. Department of Commerce guidance. • BEAD Invoice Tracker • Any other reports as needed to satisfy the monitoring requirements of NTIA. 17. Subcontractor Data Collection Subrecipient will submit reports, in a form and format to be provided by COMMERCE and at intervals as agreed by the parties, regarding work under this Contract performed by subcontractors and the portion of Contract funds expended for work performed by subcontractors, including but not necessarily limited to minority-owned, woman-owned, and veteran-owned business subcontractors. “Subcontractors” shall mean subcontractors of any tier. 18.
