Registration With the System for Award Management (SAM) <br />By signing this Contract, the Subrecipient accepts the requirements stated in 48 CFR 52.204-7 to register <br />with the System for Award Management at the SAM website (https://www.sam.gov). To register in SAM, a <br />valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is required. The Subrecipient is responsible for the accuracy and <br />completeness of the data within the SAM database and for any liability resulting from the Government's <br />reliance on inaccurate or incomplete data. The Subrecipient must remain registered in the SAM database <br />after the initial registration. The Subrecipient is required to review and update on an annual basis from the <br />date of initial registration or subsequent updates its information in SAM to ensure it is current, accurate and <br />complete. The Subrecipient shall provide evidence documenting registration and renewal of SAM <br />registration to Commerce. <br />• In the event of the Subrecipient's noncompliance or refusal to comply with the requirement stated <br />above, Commerce reserves the right to suspend payment until the Subrecipient cures this <br />noncompliance. <br /> <br />16. Reports <br />The Subrecipient shall furnish COMMERCE with: <br />• Project Status Reports. <br />• Estimated Quarterly Expenditures Report. <br />• Certified Project Completion Report at Project completion. <br />• Pictures and short videos of various stages of the Project. <br />• Other reports as COMMERCE may require, to include but not limited to: Quarterly Progress <br />Reports; Project description; Project location(s); Project start and end date; Project status; Project <br />expenditures; number of households, businesses, and anchor institutions to be served; location of <br />communities to be served. <br />• All recipients are required to submit Project and expenditure reports and annual performance <br />reports as specified in U.S. Department of Commerce guidance. <br />• BEAD Invoice Tracker <br />• Any other reports as needed to satisfy the monitoring requirements of NTIA. <br /> <br />17. Subcontractor Data Collection <br />Subrecipient will submit reports, in a form and format to be provided by COMMERCE and at intervals as <br />agreed by the parties, regarding work under this Contract performed by subcontractors and the portion of <br />Contract funds expended for work performed by subcontractors, including but not necessarily limited to <br />minority-owned, woman-owned, and veteran-owned business subcontractors. “Subcontractors” shall <br />mean subcontractors of any tier. <br /> <br />18. Eminent Domain <br />In accordance with Executive Order 13406, “Protecting the Property Rights of the American People” (June <br />28, 2006), the Grantee agrees: <br />Any use of the power of eminent domain to acquire land, easements, or interests in land, whether by the <br />Grantee or any other entity that has the power of eminent domain, in connection with the grant requires
