<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />Scope of Work <br />2026 On-Call Services <br />Kittitas County, WA <br />Prepared For: Kittitas County <br />Prepared By: Dan Ireland, PE <br />Date Prepared: August 12, 2026 <br />Introduction: <br />SCJ has prepared this scope of work to transfer ongoing tasks from its previous 2022 On-Call Agreement to the <br />new 2026 On-Call Agreement. <br />This scope aims to: <br />1) Close out previously executed tasks during this transition period that were already reimbursed by the County <br />for accounting purposes and to close out the old agreement. <br /> <br />2) Update previously assigned tasks that are ongoing and will be transitioned to the new on-call agreement. <br />These tasks will have the same Task Number but will include an estimate for completing the Task/Project. <br /> <br />3) Identify new scope and estimated fee of new tasks that have been requested by the County. <br /> <br />These are the identified Phases of work included in this scope of work: <br />Phase 1 - General On-Call Services <br />Phase 2 - Developer Review <br />Phase 3 - Upper County Courthouse Sewer <br />
