Construction Special Inspection (CSI) was used for these services as a subconsultant <br />to SCJ. <br />Understanding/Assumptions <br />1) Advertising fees will be paid by the County directly. <br />2) We do not anticipate or estimate topographic surveys, cultural resources, or biological <br />assessments. If the project later identifies this need, we can add it as an amendment. <br />3) Construction Services for this project will be assessed at the time of bid award.
