The LTAC will submit their recommendations to the City Council <br />who have final approval authority for the list of recommendations. <br />prior to making a final decision, the Council will publicly deliberate on the recommendations <br />received from the LTAC. As required by RCW 67.28.18\6, Applicants must demonstrate the project is for <br />tourism promotion purposes, and Applicants must also provide estimates of how any moneys
