Roles and Responsibilities of the student's Team will include; (A)Team member's role' (B)Teammember,scontactinformationincludingname,email,andphone. (C)Team member's responsibility to the Student' (b) Assessment - comprehensive assessment demonstrating how an Employment Goal is reached and established' (c) Job Seeker Tools - Such as ResLlme,Cover Letter, Video, PowerPoint, Portfolio, etc (d) Job Offer - Documentation/Details of a Job Offer as stated in Section 5 - Statement of Work. (e) Employment Verification - Documentation/Details of a Job Start as stated in Section 5 - Statement of Work. (0 stabilization - stabilization Report.as stated in section 5 - statement of work' b.
