COMMISSIONER PEARSON seconded. <br /> Discussion - none . Motion passed, 4-0 . <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> DECISION - ELECTION OF 2026 CHAIRMAN <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE made a motion to nominate Warren Taylor as <br /> Chairman. COMMISSIONER DENEEN seconded. There were no other <br /> nominations . Discussion - none . Motion passed, 4-0 . <br /> CHAIR TAYLOR made a motion to nominate Joseph Pearson as Vice- <br /> Chairman.
