ATTACHMENT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following activities: <br />• Social Worker (District Truancy Liaison): The social worker also serves as the district's truancy liaison, <br />coordinating with families, courts, and community agencies. <br />• Behavior Specialist at Kittitas Elementary and Secondary School: This position will provide data -informed <br />intervention, crisis prevention, progress monitoring, and coordination with counseling and community <br />partners. <br />• Employee Assistance Program: The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, short-term <br />counseling and support services to employees and their eligible family members at no cost. The program <br />is designed to help individuals address personal or work -related challenges that may impact well-being, <br />performance, or relationships. <br />■ Comprehensive Health Care Services <br />■ Anti -bullying and anti -discrimination consultation services <br />• Contract with a licensed mental health care provider to provide mental health services for the students in <br />Kittitas School District as described in the Kittitas School District proposal. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 3 of 21 <br />
