Coordination with Ecology and other regulatory agencies. <br />r Engineering and construction support to address operational, structural, or compliance issues. <br />Other On-call Services <br />Representative Activity Categories <br />The following categories illustrate the types of work that may be performed under Task 4.0. This list is not <br />exhaustive, and additional activities may be added during the contract term as authorized by the County: <br />. Regulatory and Permitting Support - Non-routine permit coordination with Ecology or other agencies; <br />supplemental documentation for new or revised regulatory requirements; support for major operational <br />changes. <br />. Closure and Post-Closure Plan Updates (Non-Annual) - Revisions outside the recurring annual reviews in <br />Tasks 1.0 and 3.0, such as plan modifications triggered by grading or footprint changes, evolving <br />regulatory conditions, groundwater status changes, or early closure phases; preparation of end-of- <br />program documentation or closure memoranda for the SSLAP or SELs if the treated septage program is <br />retired. <br />. Monitoring Program Adjustments - Evaluations or revisions to monitoring networks or plans in response <br />to regulatory exceedances, new wells, or other evolving site conditions. <br />o Septage Facility / SEL Technical Support - TechnicaI assistance for SEL operations outside the scope of <br />annual Land Application Event planning, such as capacity evaluations, data review, and preparation of <br />technical memoranda or agency responses. <br />. public Outreach and Stakeholder Coordination - Development of public information materials, <br />presentations, or other communications to address stakeholder concerns or demonstrate regulatory <br />compliance. <br />Deliverables <br />.
