The Owner will provide recent groundwater depths. The design will be submitted to <br />Department of Ecology for review and approval and SCS will submit the revised drawings to the <br />contractor. Services may include responding to regulatory agency questions/comments, <br />additional construction administration support, and other requests by the Owner. The Owner will <br />provide written authorization to SCS for work performed under this task. Work will be invoiced on a <br />Time and Material basis in accordance with the standard unit rate sheet. <br />ADDITIONAL BUDGFT <br />The estimated cost for the additional work described in this Amendment 3 is $438,470. The terms <br />and conditions for this added scope of work will remain the same as those listed in the executed <br />contract.
