This will include: <br />•Installing new fencing around the laundry machinery in E011 <br />•Constructing a matron room in E213B, which will consist of a secure wall (plywood and <br />steel skinned), repositioned light, a new hollow metal door and frame, and removal and <br />replacement of the drop ceiling <br />•Cleaning and sealing the floor tile grout in the IMod (E107) restroom <br />•Cutting and grinding the supports for the tables and seating and patching the flooring <br />smooth in IMod (E107) <br />•Installing the selected carpet squares throughout the entire room in IMod (E107) <br />•Demo’ing existing flooring and rubber base on the areas called out on sheet A9-18 and <br />prepping the concrete below for new floor finish <br />•Polishing prepped concrete floors <br />Total cost of proposal: One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars <br />$144,779.77 + WSST <br />*Add Alternate: Removing the existing paint, prepping the concrete for new floor finish and <br />polishing the concrete in stair C3 – cost of proposal: add $26,558.28 + WSST <br />Time Extension Required: 84 Days from door submittal approval <br />Sincerely, <br />Scott Carlson <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 89144F8C-AA3F-80BF-836D-7E5D94EFF238
