EXHIBIT "B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />As ful.l, compensation for the satisfactory performance of the work, the County shal,t pay the <br />Contractor compensation of $505,71 5. <br />Funds must onty be used to accompl,ish the Scope of Work in Exhibit A <br />Al,towabte direct expenses inctude, but are not [imited to, sataries, wages, benefits, direct <br />ctient services, promotion, outreach activities, suppties, professionatdevetopment and <br />training, travet, equipment, and subcontracts. Atl, expenses must be necessary and directty <br />retated to the scope of work as outtined in Exhibit A. Contractor wit[ refer to their approved <br />budget document submitted through the funding request process for [ine-item expenses. <br />Any changes or updates to the budget must be approved by Kittitas County through the <br />appointed contract manager in advance of the expenditure, in writing. <br />Al,l.owabte Program Poot Support expenses must be expenses that are incurred white <br />directty supporting the Scope of Work in Exhibit A. Generat operations costs that do not <br />directl.y support the Scope of Work in Exhibit A are not considered attowabte as Program Poo[ <br />Support costs. <br />Administrative/indirect costs are timited to expenses incurred for common or joint purposes <br />and in support of att programs. These costs inctude, but are not [imited to, sataries for <br />administrative staff time, utitities, buitding rent and maintenance, tetephone and internet <br />service, and other such expenses that are necessary to support the contractor as a whote. <br />The purchase of food or beverages, ctothing, and incentives is not an altowabte expense, <br />untess authorization is received by Kittitas County in advance of the expenditure, in writing <br />Any uses of these funds outside of the Listed attowabte uses must be approved by Kittitas <br />County in advance of the expenditure, in writing. <br />AtL funding is based on [oca[ tax and fee revenue. lf [oca[ economic conditions resutt in <br />insufficient funds to compensate at the stated levets, the County reserves the right to <br />renegotiate funding amounts to remain within avaitabte revenue batances. The County wiLl <br />notify the Contractor immediatety if financiat forecasting or actuats indicate such a <br />circumstance. <br />Al,tfunds must be spent by 12/31/2026.
