These costs Inctude, but are not I'imited to' salaries for <br />administrative staff time, util,ities, buitding rent and maintenance, tel'ephone and internet <br />service, and other such expenses that are necessary to support the contractor as a whote' <br />The purchase of food orbeverages, ctothing, and incentives is notan attowable expense' <br />untess authorization is received by l(ittitas County in advance of the expenditure, in writing' <br />Any uses of these funds outside of the l,isted atl.owabl.e uses must be approved by Kittitas <br />County in advance of the expenditure, in writing' <br />Aitfunding is based on [ocaI tax and fee revenue. lf tocal, economic conditions resutt in <br />insufficient funds to compenSate at the stated leve[s, the County reserves the right to <br />renegotiate funding amounts to remain within availabl'e revenue batances' The countywitL <br />notify the contractor immediatel.y if financial, forecasting or actuats indicate such a <br />circumstance. <br />Att funds must be spent by 12131/2026.
