Eligible costs must be directly related to and necessary for <br />the purpose of the grang which is to conduct community engagement, develop, and implement projects to reduce criteria air <br />pollution. See page 15 of the grant guidelines for more information' <br />overhead/indirect costs may not exceed25o/o of salaries and benefits. <br />Adminishative costs are eligible for reimbursement under this grant agreement. All administrative costs must be necessary for <br />and directly related to the purpose of the gran! which is to conduct community engagement, develop' and implement projects <br />to reduce criteria air pollution. Reimbursement requests for adminishative costs must include staffname, position, hourly rate, <br />hours worked, and work comPleted. <br />The RECIpIENT must have a standard procurement process and follow current Washington State procurement laws for the <br />solicitation of bids and the selection of vendors and contractors for the performance of any grant-assisted work. RECIPIENT <br />must provide documentation confirming procurement requirements are followed.
