2. The total annual budget may not increase without a written amendment to this agreement executed by <br />both parties. <br />3. Adjustments between budget categories within the same year can be made upon mutual agreement of the <br />contact for WTSC and the contact for the SUB-RECIPIENT <br />Objectives and Measures <br />Goal 1 - Conduct dedicated DUI patrols specifically targeting impaired driving by completing <br />a minimum of 6 shifts each month by September 30,2026. <br />Objective <br />Solicit Officers to volunteer to participate in <br />the project. <br />Analyze crash data to identify high-risk times <br />of day and days ofthe week and use these <br />insights to strategically plan and deploy DUI <br />patrols for maximum effectiveness. <br />Deploy officers to conduct DUI patrols. <br />Develop and implement an officer mentorship <br />program. <br />Increase the number of DUI arrest by <br />conducting DUI patrols a minimum of 6 times <br />per month. <br />Monitor individual officer activity as well as <br />other areas such as day and time of patrols. <br />Report officer activities using long term <br />activity logs in WEMS. <br />Objective Details <br />Officers must meet the training requirements <br />(ARIDE, BAC, SFST) to work the DUI detail. <br />Use SECTOR, RMS, and WTSC Dashboards <br />Coordinate the mentoring schedule to ensure <br />new officers have an opportunity to participate <br />in these details. <br />lncreased enforcement should result in an <br />increase in DUl-related arrests during the <br />FFY 2026 contract period. <br />Monitoring and review of Officer activity will be <br />conducted by TPD leadershiP. <br />Activities should be logged in daily, with the <br />officer using no less than one activity log per <br />month to report activities. <br />Gompletion Date <br />05/15/2026 <br />09/3012026 <br />a9/30/2026 <br />0e/30/?026 <br />09/30/2026 <br />09/3A/2026 <br />09t30/2026 <br />page 24 of 26
