Cities
Digital Inc., owner of the Laserfiche application, proposed upgrading
the County’s license to an unlimited concurrent user license. This
purchase was within the IT Director’s signing authority but will need
a budget amendment. Chairman Cory Wright supported this move.

Mr. Kinney also updated the BoCC about HR looking into acquiring an
onboarding and offboarding module for their NeoGov application that
would replace the County’s current pre-orientation and separation of
service features in the County’s intranet. Additionally, acquiring
these modules would help the County prepare for it’s transition to the
new public website/intranet.

DISCUSSION Public Website/Intranet Update IT

Mr. Kinney updated the BoCC that the County’s new public website is
progressing smoothly with some minor bumps that shouldn’t cause any
issues. Diagram inc., the web developing company, has been reported to
be very accommodating with all department’s about design and feature
choices.
