10.1. Amendments <br />This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) may be amended at any time upon mutual written agreement of the <br />Agency and Safe House Project. Amendments may include, but are not limited to: <br />• Revisions to user responsibilities or access levels; <br />• Updates to confidentiality or data protection provisions; <br />• Integration of new platform functionality, policy updates, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS). <br />Safe House Project reserves the right to update operational procedures, system terms of use, or SOPS at its sole <br />discretion. When such changes materially impact user responsibilities or agency obligations, SHP will notify the <br />Agency's designated Point of Contact (POC) and may request acknowledgment or re -execution of the MOU. <br />All amended versions shall be effective as of the date signed and supersede previous versions. <br />10.2.
