• Is intended to guide coordination, inform case triage, and support the identification of actionable leads that <br />require independent verification through established legal processes. <br />• Must remain within the Simply Report platform and may not be incorporated into agency systems, files, or <br />records unless explicitly authorized by SHP policy or as otherwise permitted by applicable state or federal <br />law. Disclosures outside the platform, including for urgent operational response, must be limited to what is <br />necessary and, when feasible, communicated to Safe House Project for tracking and review. <br />9.5. Agency Safeguards <br />The Agency agrees to implement internal safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of Simply Report <br />data, including: <br />• Ensuring all users understand and agree to confidentiality terms during training; <br />• Monitoring user access and compliance with data protection policies; <br />• Promptly notifying Safe House Project of any suspected or confirmed breach of confidentiality or <br />unauthorized access. <br />By adhering to these standards, the Agency strengthens collective efforts to disrupt trafficking networks while <br />honoring the humanity, privacy, and voice of every individual affected by this crime. <br />IX.
