With was already at the groundwater depth it was a f9.5 footing callout and the depth of bottle. Of footing was 1568.00 which was <br />.75 below the water table. <br />This build was an error on the engineers behalf and really should have been a bottom of footing at 1569.5. <br />This was all built up with base course and compacted in. <br />This task took a hour <br />The other half hour on this days T&M was the amount of time to over excavate the east building continues footing locations in between the <br />spread footings. <br />The continues footing on this building stays about .75 higher then the spread footings. In this separations of elevations between the two b <br />the difference of the spread footings being on a non yielding surface and the continues footing wall being on a yielding surface beyond wha <br />would pass for a stable base. Over excavation is essential into getting our stable non yielding base to build on.
