E-X ;iTT,1A„ <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Contractor will constructfive 2-bedroom and eight 3-bedroom duplexes and single- <br />family homes at Third St. and Floral Avg, Cle Bum. Units will be reserved as <br />affordable housingfor individuals or families at or below 80% of the Area Median <br />Income (AMI) in Kittitas County. <br />Contractorwill use grant funding towards contractingwith an architect, structural <br />engineer, other engineer, and platting and permitting. <br />Contractor will refer to their approved documents submitted through the funding <br />request process forthe 2025 Affordable Housing Grant.
