Additional cost due to redesign of the structural foundation after analysis was <br />completed on the building reactions as shown on revised S101, S501, and S502 Revision 2. This <br />cost includes: <br />1.) Additional anchor bolts required per building manufacture versus what was originally <br />shown in the contract drawings <br />2.) Additional increases in the size of the footings and piers resulting in over excavation <br />additional rebar supply/install, and additional concrete supply. <br />3.)
