September 22nd, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright, Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: IT Director Doug Fessler; Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney; <br />Infrastructure Manager Bill Davis; Admin Assistant Grant Shimada <br /> <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING IT STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:03 a.m. Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened the Information Technology <br />Study Session. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no citizen comments. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION Public Website Update IT <br /> <br />The County and web design co., Diagram Inc., recently held their <br />discovery meeting to discuss design choices, required features, <br />content management options, and issues with the current public website. <br />This meeting will give Diagram the clearest idea of how the County <br />wants the new public website to function while avoiding repeating past <br />mistakes. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION County Logo Update IT <br /> <br />Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney briefly updated the Board of his <br />progress on designing a few logo options.
