Pr o'1'ect areas are <br />reviewed under the NEPA, Section <br />106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and <br />Governor's Executive Order 21-02. WSBO has contracted with a consultant to conduct <br />these reviews. Public Works and our consultant, JRP Innovative Solutions, have been <br />working with the ISP provider to identify documents and required information to submit <br />to WSBO for the required NEPA review. <br />Consultant assistance for broadband projects and funding applications <br />for project progression. Public Works will continue to utilize consultant <br />the BEAD process. <br />The County previously contracted with <br />County's rural broadband initiative. This <br />application support for current projects <br />has been crucial <br />seryices through <br />JRP Innovative Solutions for support of the <br />has been done through project support and grant <br />funded through the Public Works <br />WSBO. JRP Integrated Solutions has been involved in the applications <br />Board and <br />for BEAD, <br />including design and grant compliance. They are best situated to support the County <br />through BEAD project development and construction. WSBO has confirmed that <br />continuing work with previously selected consultants is grant compliant. WSBO has <br />noticed that pre -award work associated with the applications are eligible for <br />reimbursement through the grant.
