Pr o'1'ect areas are <br />reviewed under the NEPA, Section <br />106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and <br />Governor's Executive Order 21-02. WSBO has contracted with a consultant to conduct <br />these reviews. Public Works and our consultant, JRP Innovative Solutions, have been <br />working with the ISP provider to identify documents and required information to submit <br />to WSBO for the required NEPA review. <br />Consultant assistance for broadband projects and funding applications <br />for project progression. Public Works will continue to utilize consultant <br />the BEAD process. <br />The County previously contracted with <br />County's rural broadband initiative.
