The table below shows the <br />history of the project and an updated <br />construction cost for what would have <br />been phase 3 ofthe project, The <br />design created for the Welcome Center <br />and Community Education Center <br />serves as a good platform to build on <br />for the cunent project being explored. <br />Variations to tenant improvements will <br />be made to meet the specific needs <br />of the new use in the future as those <br />are developed.
