BOARD OF COLTNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. F2f,(o*CY f <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CHAIR SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INTER-FLUVEN INC' FOR LOWER <br />KITTITAS REACH FLOODPLAIN RECONNECTION PROJECT RESTORATION <br />ENGINEERING, DESIGN, AND PERMITTING SERVICES <br />WHEREAS: Resolution2024-155 selected Inter-Fluve, Inc. for restoration engineering, design, and <br />permitting services for the Lower Kittitas Reach Floodplain Reconnection Project and <br />authorized the Public Works Water Resource Manager to negotiate and execute the <br />professional services agreement; and <br />WHEREAS: Section l2 of the General Conditions of the contract authorizes modifications that are in <br />writing and signed by each of the parties; and <br />WHEREAS: Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement with Inter-Fluve, Inc. for Lower <br />Kittitas Reach Floodplain Reconnection Project Restoration Engineering, Design, and <br />Permitting Services is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners finds it in the best <br />interest of the public to authorize Chair Signature on Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services <br />Agreement with Inter-Fluve, Inc. for Lower Kittitas Reach Floodplain Reconnection Project Restoration <br />Engineering, Design, and Permitting Services. <br />DATED this 19ft day of May 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTI ASHINGTON <br />Attest <br />p'Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Commissioner <br />cory <br />2\ <br />\hJnry <br />SEAL
