Participation in all EIC and wellness activities is voluntary. Participation or non- <br />participation shall not affect employment status, job duties, or performance evaluations. <br />Article IX – Confidentiality <br />Any personal or health-related information collected as part of wellness programs shall be <br />kept strictly confidential and managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and <br />County policies. <br />Article X – Non-Discrimination <br />All wellness program activities and EIC initiatives shall be conducted in a manner that is <br />inclusive and non-discriminatory, providing equal opportunity for participation to all <br />eligible employees. <br />Article XI – Amendments <br />These bylaws may be amended as needed with input from the EIC and subject to review or <br />approval by the Board of County Commissioners, as applicable. <br />Article XII – Adoption <br />These bylaws shall become effective upon acknowledgment or approval by the Board of <br />County Commissioners <br /> <br />
