Section 1. Committee responsibilities <br />The EIC shall: <br />• Coordinate and promote employee wellness initiatives <br />• Organize County-wide activities and events <br />• Encourage participation in wellness programs and EIC activities <br />• Ensure activities are inclusive and accessible to all eligible employees <br />Section 2. Officers <br />The EIC may designate members to serve in informal leadership roles (e.g., Chair, Co- <br />Chair, Secretary) as needed to support coordination and communication. <br />Article VI – Meetings <br />The EIC shall meet quarterly to plan, coordinate, and evaluate wellness activities. Meeting <br />frequency and format may be changed or amended at the discretion of the Committee. <br />Article VII – Program Activities <br />The EIC shall coordinate a variety of voluntary activities, including but not limited to: <br />• Wellness programs and challenges <br />• Initiatives promoting healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits <br />• Educational opportunities related to mental and physical health, local community <br />programs, etc. <br />• Social and morale-building events <br />• Holiday and seasonal celebration events <br /> <br />Annual activities may include: <br /> <br />• Social gatherings and team-building opportunities <br />• Cooking or wellness-related contests <br />• Themed office decorating events and seasonal celebrations <br /> <br />Article VIII – Participation and Eligibility Section 2.
