ARTICLE 9 - Subcommittees <br />9.1 The AAC may, from time to time, establish subcommittees or ad hoc <br />committees, define their powers and duties, duration, and appoint their members. <br />9.2 Members of the public may be appointed to a subcommittee to provide diverse <br />opinion and input by approval of the AAC. <br />9.3 The subcommittee Chair and Vice -Chair shall be a regular member of the AAC. <br />The AAC Chair and Vice -Chair may be members of a subcommittee and will not chair a <br />subcommittee. <br />9.4 Standing subcommittees shall include: <br />• Economic Development <br />• Aeronautical Operations <br />ARTICLE 10 —Amending the Bylaws <br />10.1 The Bylaws may be amended by a favorable vote of at least 2/3 of the appointed <br />Committee members. <br />10.2 Proposed Amendments to Bylaws will be reviewed in January and adopted in <br />February and, if adopted, forwarded to the BOCC. <br />Foregoing Bylaws of the Kittitas County Airport Advisory Committee approved and adopted this <br />22nd day of April 2026 and approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners this <br />19' day of May 2026. <br />Airport Advisory Committee Bylaws Adopted 04/19/2022 and Amended 05/19/2026 <br />Page 5 <br />
