The change order does not <br />add any calendar days to the contract time, so the substantial <br />completion date remains July 23, 2026, and the final acceptance <br />date remains August 22, 2026. <br />This change order incorporates three items that were identified and <br />require additional work to complete the project as intended: <br />1. COP 30 — Picketed Railings in the amount of $30,865.69. <br />This work adds pickets to the east -side and west -side ramps <br />to address railing modifications associated with the <br />completed ramp installations. <br />2. COP 31 — Electrical modifications in the amount <br />of $7,217.91. This work revises electrical infrastructure <br />behind the chutes and at the FOH/MIX location, including <br />replacement of receptacles and installation of electrical <br />components to serve a new beer cooler. <br />3. COP 32 — Concrete Additions in the amount of $20,018.38. <br />This work includes additional concrete and reinforcing steel <br />associated with the south walk bridge landing, concourse <br />seating, and stage wall improvements that were identified <br />through RFIs during construction. <br />The architect, ALSC Architects, reviewed the proposals and <br />recommended acceptance. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Project Construction Manager <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Change Order No. 7 <br />ATTACHMENT(S): Change Order No. 7 <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, CFE — Event Center Director <br />
