7l Snoqualmie Pass Comprehensive Safety Plan I Kittitas County <br />To support this, the following performance <br />measures are recommended for review <br />every five years: <br />Ongoing Evaluation <br />Ongoing evaluation of progress in implementing the safety <br />action plan is essential for tracking progress toward safety <br />goals, informing furure investment decisions, and meeting grant <br />funding requirements. <br />. Average annual number of total collisions. <br />. Average annual number of KSI collisions. <br />. Average annual number of collisions <br />involving vulnerable road users <br />(people walking, biking, riding a <br />motorcycle, or using mobility devices). <br />Table 12. lnitial Safety Report Card <br />The target performance measures will be <br />evaluated and reported with the Safety <br />Report Card. The Safety Report Card will <br />highlight successes and identify areas in <br />need of additional attention and resources. <br />The initial Safety Report Card is shown in <br />Table 12.
