These ideas transcend the <br />types of treatments typically identified in an SS4A application, but <br />they are major infrastructure enhancements that would transform <br />community mobility and access in Snoqualmie Pass and could reinforce <br />the multimodal safety treatments outlined in this plan. <br />Ai <br />l]\' <br />I <br />'{a
