SIMPLOT COMPANY, <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Intervenor. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 SYNOPSIS <br /> 21 Buchanan Farms and Randy Buchanan (collectively Petitioners) challenged Walla <br /> 22 Walla County Ordinance No. 468, dated December 26, 2017, which exchanged two parcels <br /> 23 of equal size between the Attalia UGA Industrial area and the adjacent Agricultural Lands of <br /> 24 Long Term Commercial Significance (ALLTCS), asserting this action violated the Growth <br /> 25 Management Act (GMA). Petitioners failed to meet their burden of proof that the County's <br /> 26 <br /> action in Ordinance No. 468 violated any requirement of the GMA. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 I.
