From what I gathered is this certain group of people are trying to speak for us ALL as a
whole. I am absolutely appalled by this and this needs to stop. I am AGAINST the "Build one
voice" and it should be removed. I can represent myself if and when matters arise and should
not be represented by a certain group of people.
ALso, I do not believe we need restrooms for "visitors" as that will just increase the use of
drug usage and homelessness. As well as, who will clean them and garbage clean up, daily
maintenance). A "day use area" is also uncalled for. The very small community of Easton
does not this as there are school grounds that kids use and play already. Sewer systems,
sidewalks and streetlights are also a negative for me. The use of sidewalks is absurd as there
are no businesses to walk to and from. There is only one business at one end of town which
you can park right in front of.
I DO NOT approve of a 501 c for Easton. There is no need that certain individuals believe they
should be getting paid for trying to make changes in our very small quiet community. Easton
is unincorporated and should be left alone. I personally, do not want any of these changes to
occur. We are not a city and don't want to be. I think that is what makes this community
special and that is one of the many reasons I moved over here 11 years ago. I do not want to
live in a town of hustle and bustle like a city!
Thank you
Easton resident, Crystal Criag
