If new park or trail heads are added for existing public access appropriate infrastructure would be logical inclusion. My opinion is that enforcement of existing laws or signage to existing restrooms in the (public) State Park, (would be less costly than building a county park that provides more public restrooms). The issue is these facilities do not get used, and travellers of I-90 stop on the freeway shoulder as well as off ramps to save merely seconds but put everyone at risk in the process.
