• Increase public awareness of available prevention resources and promote early <br />help -seeking by individuals and families at risk of homelessness. (12 votes) <br />Goal 4: Prioritize assistance based on the greatest barriers to housing stability and the <br />greatest risk of harm. <br />• Strengthen collaboration between non-profit, public, faith -based, and private <br />organizations to improve identification of high -need individuals to support <br />consistent triage and prioritization of high -need individuals. (6 votes) <br />• Expand and support street outreach and proactive engagement with individuals at <br />greatest risk of harm, with particular attention to those not connected to traditional <br />service pathways.
