They are responsible for accomplishing the project objectives. Works with <br />Contract Manager. The same person may be both the project officer and contract manager. <br />Secondary Project Officer is a secondary contact in the program for fiscal to send reports (closeout <br />reports) (i.e., budget analyst). <br />Subcontractor: an individual, firm, or organization, hired and paid by the contractor, to perform all <br />or part of the services identified in the statement of work of the contract with Ecology. <br />Subcontractors are not staff employed by the Contractor. <br />SWV #: Statewide Vendor #, unique to the Contractor and issued by Office of Financial <br />Management, used for processing contractor payments.
