Across <br />both weekdays and weekends, the intersections <br />with the highest peak-hour volumes were the <br />intersection of Exit 52 I-90 Eastbound Off-Ramp <br />& SR 906 (Location 1), the intersection of SR 906 <br />& Hyak Drive E (Location 8), and the intersection <br />of Exit 54 I-90 WB Ramp & Lake Mardee Road <br />(Location 9). <br />Tube counters cannot be used in snowy <br />conditions due to interference from <br />snowplows, so speed and midblock <br />volume data were not collected in <br />February.
