Tube counters were installed at <br />midblock locations along SR 906, while turning <br />movement counts (TMCs) were collected at <br />key intersections. Data was collected in two <br />periods to capture seasonal travel patterns: <br />October 16th to 21st, 2024, and February 14th <br />to 17th, 2025 (Presidents’ Day weekend). The <br />October data provided a baseline for non-winter <br />conditions while the February data captured <br />winter conditions during expected peak winter <br />activity. Field observations were also made on <br />December 31st, 2024 and January 1st, 2025 to <br />review conditions during the busy winter holiday <br />season.
