Introduction <br />This document provides a set of tools <br />for improving pedestrian safety on the <br />State Highway System. <br />It was designed to be used to address issues identified <br />during traffic safety investigations conducted while <br />evaluating high collision concentration locations and <br />systemic safety locations.
