Format & Attendees
The meeting was structured as a two-part
event. From 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., attendees
participated in an open house featuring a
series of informational and interactive
boards. Activity boards
invited participants to share feedback on
potential action items and
countermeasures at specific locations in
the Snoqualmie Pass study area.
Attendees provided input directly on the
boards.
At 5:00 p.m., the project team delivered a
presentation summarizing the CSAP
process, analysis completed to date,
examples of proven safety
countermeasures, and next steps. The
presentation was followed by a Q&A
session and discussion.
Appendix A includes the full presentation
shared during the meeting and Appendix
B includes with all informational and
interactive boards that were displayed
throughout the room.
Approximately 20 people attended the
meeting, including residents of
Snoqualmie Pass, representatives from
King County and Kittitas County,
representatives from WSDOT, members of
the Stakeholder Planning Group, and local
business representatives.
Figure 3: Discussions with project team at informational boards
Figure 2: Community members engaging in interactive board
activity
Figure 4: Project team delivering presentation
Appendix D | 4
