Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 4 of 20 <br /> <br />staffing shortages, that may impact the safe operations of the BHC in judgement of the authorized BHC <br />personnel. <br />Exhibit “A” <br />Contractor Scope of Services: <br />a. Provide at a minimum, at least .125 of an FTE dedicated to the BHC. <br />b. Provide BHC evaluation of participants within two weeks of referral, pending scheduling conflicts. <br />Evaluation may take place in the Contractor office or at the Kittitas County Corrections (jail). <br />c. Provide a written report of BHC evaluation within two weeks of evaluation appointment to team for <br />review with recommendation for program entry. <br />d. Assist participants in accessing services for BHC participants as appropriate, including but not limited to <br />medication management and therapy as needed. <br />e. Provide weekly status updates on participant progress, including but not limited to attendance, <br />concerns, medication management, amenability, strategies & goal setting. <br />f. Coordinate information sharing among Contractor staff and BHC as appropriate and necessary. This <br />may include primary substance use disorder (SUD) service deliverables and/or medication management. <br />g. Weekly attendance at BHC Team Staffing and Court which is currently scheduled for Thursdays 4:00- <br />6:00 pm. <br />h. Participate in quarterly administrative meetings with BHC Team and attend the yearly retreat, at the <br />expense of Contractor unless funding is available as determined by the County. Contractor shall consult <br />with the Treatment Court Coordinator in advance to determine if there are sufficient funds to pay for <br />costs of Contractor participation. <br />i. Participate in on-going training related to therapeutic courts, as available and schedule allows. All effort <br />is made to have quarterly Lunch & Learn’s for information purposes and funding requests to send team <br />members to both the state and national treatment court conference. We understand due to staffing, <br />this is not always feasible, but all effort made to encourage on-going training is appreciated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
