N Chelan Avenue <br />Wenatchee, WA 98801 <br />ARDURRA <br />Exhibit B <br />Scope of Work <br />Kittitas County Public Works <br />On -Call Transportation Engineering <br />Ardurra Group Inc., Project No. 250426 <br />Task Order No. 03 <br />HUNGRY JUNCTION ROAD <br />April 2026 <br />Master Agreement Description <br />The following scope of work is structured as an individual task order under the On -Call <br />Transportation Engineering master agreement between Kittitas County Public Works (county) <br />and Ardurra Group, Inc. (Ardurra) <br />Task Order Background and Introduction <br />The county has requested Ardurra perform design and develop bid ready plans, estimates, <br />specifications for approximately 1.7 miles of county roadway along Hungry Junction Road <br />beginning at US 97 and ending approximately 200 feet west of Reecer Creek Road. <br />The project generally consists of re -construction and widening of the existing roadway, re- <br />alignment of the vertical profile to correct deficiencies, installing guardrail where required, <br />replacement of a substandard culvert crossing with a box culvert, re -grading of driveways to <br />address driveway grading challenges associated with the vertical re -alignment, and new <br />roadway slopes, ditches, and driveway culverts etc. <br />Preliminary scoping discussion between Ardurra and the county indicated that the objective of <br />the project for the Ardurra team to pick up where the county left off with their in-house design <br />which is currently at approximately a 60% level design. Ardurra's task will be to will advance the <br />project through several iterations of design review to bid documents and provide bidding <br />assistance. <br />Project Understanding: <br />The county has provided Ardurra with their current CAD files, plans, estimates and other project <br />documentation that supports the following understanding of the scope of work: <br />Page 1 of 10 <br />
