Transportation On -Call <br />Ardurra Group, Inc. <br />• Task 3.3.5 Contract and Specification Documents. Ardurra will develop the Bid <br />Document contract and specification package to accompany the Bid Document design <br />deliverable. <br />• Task 3.3.6 Submit for Review (PS&E). Ardurra will assemble and backcheck <br />documents and formally submit Bid Documents to the county. <br />Task Specific Assumptions: <br />• The county will provide the survey basemap and any subsequent survey needs. <br />• The county will provide their internal 60% design and documentation. <br />• Hydraulic modeling will be provided by the county and is not included in this scope <br />• Geotech work has been completed for the structure but more may be needed as a <br />supplement. <br />• Right of way services are not included in this scope of work but may be needed as a <br />supplement. <br />• Right of way plans and legal exhibits are not included in this scope of work. <br />• Structural design is not included in this scope of work. <br />• Environmental will be handled by the county and is not included in this scope. <br />• See additional assumptions and exclusions below. <br />Deliverables: <br />Meeting Agendas and Notes <br />• 90% Plans, Specs, and Estimate <br />• 100% Plans, Specs, and Estimate <br />• Bid Document Plans, Specs, and Estimate <br />Task 4.0 Bid Phase Support <br />Ardurra will address bidder questions, issue addendums if needed, and facilitate the bid review <br />process. <br />Consultant Responsibilities: <br />• Task 4.1 Respond to Bidder Questions & Addendums: Ardurra will review and <br />respond to bidder questions, document responses, and issue addendums as needed. <br />• Task 4.2 Bid Opening: Ardurra will attend the bid opening, and assist the county as <br />needed. <br />• Task 4.3 Bid Tabulation and Bid Review: Ardurra review the bid packages, develop a <br />bid tabulation, provide a recommendation for award letter as needed. <br />Page 8 of 10 <br />
