<br />8.2 lndemnity by LESS0R:
<br />Subject to the pnrvisions of Section 8.4 below, I,HSSOR willsave and hold LESSEE,
<br />and LESSIIE's Associates hannless ftrrtn and against all loss, damage, liability or
<br />expense, including reasonable attorneys' f'ees, resulting finnr, clainted by or against or
<br />incured by LESSIiF)or arising from any injury to any person or loss of ol damage to
<br />any propcrty caused by or rcsulting from any negligcnt act or omission or willlitl
<br />misconduct of LESSOR or ot'LESSOR's Associates in or about the PREMISES or
<br />AIRPORT or arising fiom or incuned by reason of any breach or default in the
<br />perlormance of any obligati<.rn on LESSOR's part to be performed under the terrns of
<br />this I,EASE and fiotn and against all cctsts, reasonablc attorneys' fbes, expenses and
<br />liabilities incurred in or about such claim or any action or procecding brought thereon.
<br />Ncither l.t'lSSt':H nor LblSStrl','s Associates shall be liable flor any loss or damagc to
<br />persons or prcpeny sustained by L,ESSOR. orother persons. which lnay be causcd by
<br />the AIRPORT, or any appurtenances thereto, being out of repair, or by theft or by any
<br />act of neglect or omission of I,FISSOR or I-ESSOR's Associates, or <lf any other person,
<br />or by any other cause ofwhatsocver nature, unless caused by the negligence ofLESSEE
<br />or LESSEE's Associates.
<br />8.3 LESSEE'S Use:
<br />LESSEE shall indemnis and hold hannless I,ESSOR and LESSOR's Associates
<br />against and from any and all claims, liability, obligation, cost or expense, including
<br />attorneys' fees, incurred or arising flom or by reason of the use ol'the PREMISES by
<br />LESSEE or LESSEE's Associates from any activify, work, orthing done, pennitted or
<br />suflbred by the I,ESSEE or I,ESSEE's Associates in or about the PREMISES, and shall
<br />fufiher indcmnify and hold harmless LESSOR and I-ESSOR's Associates against and
<br />from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, obligations and expenses, including uttomeys'
<br />fees. arising from or incuned by reason of any breach or default in the pcrformance ol'
<br />any obligation on LESSEE's part to bc performcd undcr thc terms ofthis LEASE and
<br />from and against all costs, atlorneys' f'ees, expenses and liabilities incuned in or about
<br />such claim or any action or proceeding btought thereon.
<br />8.4 Concurrent Negligence:
<br />Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 8.1 or 8.2 above, in the event of the
<br />concurrcnt negligence of the LESSEE and LESSEE's Associates on the one hand and
<br />that of LESSOR and LESSOR's Associatcs on thc othcr hand. which concuntnt
<br />negl igence resu lts in injury or damage to persons or property and relates to the use,
<br />occupation, construction, alteration, rcpair, addition to, subtraction fiom, improvement
<br />to or maintenance of the PREMISES, thcn:
