ProJectDescription: Dcscribclhcscopcofwork. lndicntcthemnjorworkinvolvedrincludingabriefcomparisonof <br />exlsting rnd proposed conditlons. <br />The City conducted several inspections of the clearwells including Clear Well 1 interior and <br />exterioi inspection in Novemb e,r 2025, Clear Well 2 exterior inspection in Decembet 2023 <br />and Clear Well 2 interior inspection in April 2024. <br />The inspections and corresponding technical memorandums revealthat both clearwells are <br />leaking and in need of repair or replacement. The clearuells cunently have shortened service <br />life due to potentialfor deterioration and eventual failure. <br />The proiect will complete design engineerinq and construction of a new clearwell and the <br />2.
