Reduction in Funds <br />ln the event that funds appropriated for the Project contemplated under this Grant Agreement are <br />withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way by the Federal government, or other funding source, during <br />the Grant Agreement period, the parties understand and agree that COMMERCE may suspend' <br />amend, or terminate the Grant Agreement to abide by the revised funding limitations. The parties <br />understand and agree that GRANTEE shall be bound by any such revised funding limitations as <br />implemented at the discretion of coMMERCE and shall meet and renegotiate the Grant Agreement <br />accordinglY. <br />16. Order of Precedence <br />ln the event of an inconsistency in this Grant Agreement, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving <br />precedence in the following order: <br />.
