If yes, list the hotel.* <br />5| Future Plans <br />Response 5: Please explain what plans exist to allow this project to become self-sustaining. Include any plans for ticket sales, <br />event sponsors, and other cost-recovery models.* <br />We are planning on advertising with National Western Art, Western lifestyle magazines, and out of the area newspapers for our <br />campaign, and our event. We also will advertise in 1883 magazine. A new presence with our website and social media upgrades <br />will enhance our image. The promotions will help drive tourists to see exhibits as well as our events that they would not have <br />known about. <br />2500 character limit <br />Application Questions: Part 3 <br />We have a history of collaboration with other organizations in the past. We work with the Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame as we <br />have members on both boards. We hosted a dual membership dance this year. We have shared advertisements together in <br />national magazines, and plan to work with ERHOF on our event, as it promotes both of us. <br />2500 character limit <br />We would create a list of all amenities, restaurants and hotels on our website and in print. This would be sent along with any and <br />all promotional materials as well as with tickets. <br />2500 character limit <br />No <br />Yes Working on this. <br />Sponsors are important for support, as well as ticket sales for entertainment, vendor rent, workshops and classes. We will have <br />3-day passes, daily passes, classes and workshops. We will sell merchandise at all venues; the exhibit will sell works as well as <br />the Gift shop to bring in income. We also will be gathering memberships and donations. <br />2500 character limit <br />Application Questions: Part 4 <br />6| Additional Information <br />Response 6.1: Provide any additional information which will assist the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee in evaluating your <br />project and its benefit to tourism. <br />We feel the Clymer is a great draw to Ellensburg, but we remain under the radar. If we can reach more people--we have a world <br />class artist to share. Our new event will be a wonderful opportunity to share our town, and our heritage with Western enthusiasts <br />out of the area. A footnote: Currently Clymer exhibits are being held in other places with great results. He is getting more <br />attention nationally, and we would like to build on it. We were recently named a top ten Western Art Museum by True West <br />magazine.
