Key components of our sustainability plan include:
Event Sponsorships: We actively pursue sponsorships from local and regional businesses, including food vendors, lodging
establishments, and service providers. Sponsors receive promotional visibility through signage, digital media, and event
materials, creating a mutually beneficial relationship.
In-Kind Contributions: We leverage community partnerships for in-kind support such as volunteer staffing, equipment rentals,
and promotional services.
