This technology allows us to generate reliable headcounts by identifying individuals in various zones and calculating <br />attendance over time. It also helps us understand peak hours and guest flow, which informs future event planning and staffing. <br />In addition to visual analysis, we cross-reference attendance estimates with vendor and food & beverage sales. By tracking the <br />number of tasting tickets sold, food truck transactions, and beverage purchases, we gain a secondary data point that validates <br />our visual counts. This dual-method approach ensures accuracy and provides a comprehensive picture of guest engagement. <br />Together, these tools allow us to report attendance confidently and demonstrate the tourism impact of our events to stakeholders <br />and funding partners. <br />2500 character limit
