Placer Labs geofencing data (filtered for visitors present 10+ minutes) show that during signature events like Pioneer Days and Christmas in Cle Elum, over 35% of attendees traveled 50+ miles, with visitors from all 50 states. Physical attendance estimates, zip code tracking, website analytics, and social media engagement confirm these trends. For example, Pioneer Days 2024 drew 4,535 attendees, with 1.9K new website users, and event engagement reached 11.8K from July 1–8. Branded water cans distributed statewide over the last 3 years further expanded outreach.
